Today Bible Verse

"For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that everyone may receive what is due them for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.(2 Corinthians 5:10)"

Our eternal GOD has provided an eternal reward for the eternal soul of man. Death isn't the end of it all. There will be a resurrection of the dead, both good and bad. The Bible is specific and plain on the subject of judgment. There will be a judgment. All of us will meet GOD in judgment. Many passages of Scripture refer to the fact that the dead, both small and great, both rich and poor, both good and bad will face GOD in judgment.
Matthew 25:31-33 says, "When the SON of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his throne in heavenly glory. All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left."
It is very final - this judgment. There is no second chance. There is no purgatory that we can be prayed out of. This is all the more reason why we ought to make our calling & election sure while we have the chance to do so (2 Peter 1: 10-11). The entire book of Revelation is given over to picturing for us, from many viewpoints, the cardinal fact that the lost will be punished while the redeemed will be richly rewarded in glory. Hell is designated as the abode of the lost forever, and Heaven is named as the home of the righteous forever. We do not like to think about hell. None of us would like to go there. If we had the chance to test the reality of hell for five minutes we would all, if we had the opportunity, want to obey the Gospel. Hell is often described in the Scriptures - always as a horrible place where worms don't die, and the fire is never quenched (Mark 9:48)
As for Heaven, it is impossible to adequately describe the glories and the joys of that celestial world. Eye has not seen; ear has not heard; nor has it entered into any man's heart what God had prepared for the redeemed (1Cor 2:9). So please, let us all come to JESUS CHRIST - our only LORD & SAVIOR. Enough of man-made teachings & doctrines that will only bring us to destruction & eternal damnation. I may urge you with all the power of persuasion that I have, not to risk another day outside of CHRIST. Life is fraught with too much danger and uncertainty for you to leave your soul uninsured. Only through Jesus can we be saved. Today is the day of your salvation. Be saved while you can. Believe and keep faith in JESUS and on what He did for us on the Cross and show your faith through works & obedience... sincerely repent of your sins, confess your faith in Him and start to live a holy life in obedience to Him, continue to read & study His word & continue to work out your salvation with fear & trembling, fellowship with other believers and also tell others about JESUS, so others may also hear the good news - the Gospel of salvation of our Lord Jesus as He has commanded to all believers. God loves us all and is not willing that anyone should perish but for all to come to repentance... in Jesus mighty name, Amen !!!
