And when they drew near to Jerusalem and came to Beth'phage, to the Mount of Olives, then Jesus sent two disciples,saying to them, "Go into the village opposite you, and immediately you will find an ass tied, and a colt with her; untie them and bring them to me. If any one says anything to you, you shall say, 'The Lord has need of them,' and he will send them immediately.(Matthew 21:1-3)
Today you and I have been given the opportunity to carry Jesus for His glory in our homes, communities, churches,schools,fellowship, workplaces and among friends. What does that look like for a christian? It looks like the donkey Jesus rode from Bethphage to Jerusalem in Matt 21. The Master had need of the donkey to carry Him to His final destination. He also needs you and I to carry Him to this nation. There is no glory for the donkey, but for the Saviour on his back. In fact a donkey is really a despised animal, not beautiful like a horse. Many of us want to be recognized like a majestic horse and yet what Jesus sent for was a donkey to carry Him. May we not think more highly of ourselves than we aught to. And may we, like the donkey, be used by the Lord of Lords to fulfill His Word and plan for this nation.
The Lord has need of them....
The Lord has a plan for you,He want to use you to reach out to many lost souls in your communities,schools,churches and among your friends.
The Lord says: He still need you, you're in His plan to turn this nation to Him, you may not know His thought towards your life yet but He knows you even before you're born.
Father,this is my cry to You Lord,make me a man you can use!have come to realized anyone that miss your purpose in life failed completely, O God,may I not fail you even as I journey on in this race, Oh Lord ride on me for you Glory to revive this nation. Jesus Name. Amen
